About Mike

Mike joined the Michelle Largent Team as a Buyer’s Specialist, bringing 36 years of real estate experience to the table. He has been a licensed agent since 1989 and has been at RE/MAX since 2004.

Being able to focus on working with buyers is what Mike is most excited about as a part of the Largent team. Buying a home is a big commitment, and he knows how important it is for you to find just the right one that you will want to call home.

He’s great at getting to know you and what your personal tastes are, and translating that into finding a good match that will not only meet your requirements, but make you happy to be moving in. Once your dream home is identified, he’ll guide you through the offer and contract processes and negotiate the best price for you. His goal is to make your home-buying experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Mike’s extensive experience serving home buyers has earned him membership in both the RE/MAX 100% Club and the RE/MAX Executive Club.

As a lifelong resident of Peoria, it’s no surprise that Mike knows the market inside and out. He went to high school at Peoria Richwoods and college at Western Illinois University.

His favorite pastimes include spending time with family and friends, and anything outdoors from landscaping to hiking. Local sports are another interest, and he is a dedicated fan of Bradley Basketball as well as the St Louis Cardinals. Commitment to a healthy lifestyle and working out has led to Mike being able to celebrate a 30-pound weight loss in 2025!
